Julie Richardson

Julie is the current Director of Racket Sports at the Monterey Country Club. She has previously held positions at the Riviera Country Club in Los Angeles, the Seattle Tennis Club, and the Eastside Tennis Center.

Julie was a former professional player and was #1 of New Zealand and a regular member of the New Zealand Federation Cup team in the 80’s and 90’s. She was a quarterfinalist at Wimbledon, the US Open and the Australian Open in doubles. She won seven doubles titles and had career wins over Billie Jean King, Martina Navratilova, Steffi Graf, Gabriela Sabatini, and Pam Shriver. She reached a career high of 100 in Singles, and 22 in Doubles WTA rankings.

Amy Walker

Amy Walker is a Tennis Instructor and Head Pickleball Professional at the North Shore Winter Club in North Vancouver, British Columbia. She has more than 20 years of experience coaching at private clubs. Growing up, Amy was a multi-sport athlete playing tennis, basketball and volleyball. She began tennis at the age of 6 and played USTA tennis in Texas throughout juniors.

Amy was ranked #1 in Texas and received a full Division 1 tennis scholarship to Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. Amy holds nine Top 10 Texas Tech University Women’s Tennis All-Time Athletic Records. In 2019, she began playing pickleball. Amy plays pickleball at the Senior Pro level. In April 2023, she won the PPA Women’s Doubles Senior Pro Gold medal and the 5.0 Women’s Doubles Gold Medal in St. George, Utah.

Ron Hightower

Ron is an owner and coach of the Hightower Academy in Woodland Hills. A consultant for tennis professionals and academies in the US, Ron is also an International Advisor for Solinco Sports.

Ron was a two-time All-American at the University of Arkansas and was inducted in 2006 to the Arkansas Sports Hall of Fame. He also coached the United States Junior Davis Cup Team fin 1985-1986, and has coached numerous ATP and WTA players over the course of the last 30 years.

Mark Milner

Mark Milner is a competitive pickleball player and instructor, having medaled in all 3 specialties on the Senior Professional tour since starting professional competition in 2021.

Mark is a Tyson McGuffin Signature Camp instructor that has camps throughout the country as well as taught camps throughout NCW MM Pickleball. He is well known in the industry as not only a great Pro player but also a polished instructor. Mark recently sold his athletic club of 27 years in Omak, WA. Where he taught both Tennis and Pickleball and managed many employees. He still resides in Omak, but now focuses completely on coaching Pickleball and playing competitively.
